Governance

The governance of the two schools, including the overall educational process, extracurricular activities, recruitment of international staff and professional staff development, falls to the Board of Governors, representing the shareholders: Advanced British Education Group (ABE) in London, UK, the main shareholder, and Mrs Olga Zastavna, in Kyiv. However, the day-to-day management of the schools, strategic planning and decision making is carried out by the Principal of the Nivki and Pechersk Campus, Mr. Alastair Baldwin. 

The Board of Directors consists of the Chariman, Jonathan Edwards, Director of ABE Group UK, Olga Zastavna, Director General of British International Schools in Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk, and Elena Edwards, Director of ABE Group, UK.
