I come from France and graduated from the University of Lille with a Master’s degree in English. I have taught both French and English throughout KS4. At BISK, I am the Year 6-7-8 English teacher. I also teach Drama for years 7 and 8. I have taught in international schools in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. In today’s world, English is becoming increasingly important to succeed in business and other careers. Years 6 to 8 are a crucial stage in the development of students’ skills in English language. I recently took a CELTA course, which enables me to improve my EAL teaching skills and to better understand the need for learners whose first language is not English. I also enjoy music and play the oboe. Profile
